BOMBAY SAPPHIRE LEMON & THYME TWIST

INGREDIENTS

  • 45mL Bombay Sapphire
  • 90mL Premium Tonic Water
  • 1/6 Fresh lemon
  • Lemon peel & thyme sprig for garnish 

METHOD

In a balloon glass, add lots of ice.
Stir to chill glass and discard any water.
Squeeze a freshly cut lemon wedge directly into the glass.
Place 1 sprig of thyme in the glass.
Pour 45ml of Bombay Sapphire over the ice.
Pour in 90ml of premium tonic water.
Garnish with lemon peel.

BOMBAY SAPPHIRE MINT & GINGER TWIST

INGREDIENTS

  • 45mL Bombay Sapphire
  • 90mL Premium Tonic Water
  • 1 sliver of ginger
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1/6 lime wedge for garnish 

METHOD

In a balloon glass, add lots of ice.
Stir to chill glass and discard any water.
Add the mint leaves and sliver of ginger to the glass.
Pour 45ml of Bombay Sapphire over the ice.
Pour in 90ml of premium tonic water. Gently stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.

BOMBAY SAPPHIRE ORANGE & PEPPERCORN TWIST

INGREDIENTS

  • 45mL Bombay Sapphire®
  • 90ML Premium Tonic Water
  • 3 Whole black peppercorns
  • CRACKED IN THE GLASS
  • 1/6 of an orange (squeezed)
  • Organge peel for garnish

METHOD

In a balloon glass, add lots of ice. Stir to chill glass and discard any water.
Crack 3 whole black peppercorns and squeeze 1/6 of a freshly cut orange directly into the glass.
Pour 45ml of Bombay Sapphire over the ice.
Pour in 90ml of premium tonic water.
Garnish with an orange twist.
