50mL Bacardí Carta Blanca Rum
25mL Lime Juice
12 Mint Leaves
2 Tsp Extra Fine Sugar
25 ml Soda Water
1. Take 4 lime wedges and squeeze them into a glass. Gently press together with 2 tsp fine sugar.
2. Bruise 12 mint leaves by clapping them between your palms, rub them on the rim of the glass and drop them in.
3. Half fill the glass with crushed ice, add 50 mL BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum & stir.
4. Top with crushed ice, a sprig of mint and 25mL soda water
