Bombay Gin Mule

INGREDIENTS:
50mL Bombay Sapphire gin
15mL lime juice
100mL Ginger beer
2 Fresh mint sprigs
2 lime wedges
Slice of fresh ginger (optional)

METHOD:
1. Fill your copper mug to the top with cubed ice
2. Squeeze and drop in a fresh wedge of lime before adding your other ingredients
3. Stir to integrate the flavours, squeeze and drop in another wedge of fresh lime
4. Dress your drink with fresh mint and a slice of ginger if available.
