Grand Sangria

Grand Sangria


  • 1 bottle of Famille Castel Merlot
  • 125mL Grand Marnier
  • 1 cup of seedless red or black grapes
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 orange
  • 2 apples (red and green)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tbsp superfine sugar
  • 250mL orange juice



  1. Slice lemons and oranges into thin slices. Core and cut into thin wedges
  2. Combine ingredients (except orange juice and merlot) into a punch bowl
  3. Allow mixed ingredients stand for at least 1 hour
  4. Sir in orange juice and Famille Castel Merlot
  5. Serve in ice-filled punch cups or wine glasses
