- 90mL Gin
- 15mL Tintara McLaren Vale Shiraz
- 1 tbsp dark rum
- 4 dashes of orange bitters
- Pour the gin, rum, orange bitters and Tintara Shiraz into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice.
- Shake to combine the ingredients
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with cherry peppers (optional)
