Jamaican Martini


  • 90mL Gin
  • 15mL Tintara McLaren Vale Shiraz
  • 1 tbsp dark rum
  • 4 dashes of orange bitters


  1. Pour the gin, rum, orange bitters and Tintara Shiraz into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice.
  2. Shake to combine the ingredients
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with cherry peppers (optional)
  5. Enjoy!
