Skyy Vodka Russian Spring Punch


  • 35mL Skyy Vodka
  • 3 barspoons of crème de cassis
  • 2 barspoons of sugar syrup
  • 25mL fresh lemon juice
  • Dash of sparkling wine
  • Handful of ice
  • Slice of lemon
  • 1 x boysenberry


  • Combine Skyy vodka and crème de cassis into a shaker
  • Add sugar syrup and fresh lemon juice 
  • Shake well then strain into a tall, ice-filled glass
  • Top with sparkling wine
  • Garnish with a slice of lemon and a boysenberry
  • Enjoy! 

To make Sugar Syrup:

Add 150mL of water and 150mL of sugar into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat to low and simmer for a few minutes. Remove from heat, cover and stand for a few hours. Strain and store in the fridge until ready to use.
