Whisky Sour


  • 45ml Johnnie Walker Black Label
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 15ml Egg White
  • Dash of Angostura bitters


  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake without ice to emulsify the egg white.
  2. Add ice and shake briskly.
  3. Strain into a double old fashioned glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with a lemon wedge and cherry.
Makes 1.5 standard drinks
