2 dashes angostura bitters
½ cup carrot juice
Lime zest to garnish (optional)

- Fill 2 tall glasses with ice.
- Divide vodka, carrot juice, angostura bitters and lime juice between the glasses.
- Top up with ginger beer to fill the glasses, then garnish with a twist of lime zest.
