The powerful and mouth-filling palate is brimming with rich flavours of strawberries and shortbread biscuits, providing a creamy mouthfeel and a fine bead. Balanced by a zingy natural acidity, these fruit flavours mesh with the soft aromas to end in a lengthy and persistent finish.
