Hahndorf Hill's popular and deliciously dry Rosé is uniquely made from a blend of our rare Germanic grape, Trollinger, plus other Adelaide Hills red fruit. Made in the typical French Provencal style, it features a pale watermelon juice colour, with a succulent nose of red cherries and apples. The palate is electric yet textural, and with an exciting bright cherry, apple and strawberry core that's offset by an exhilarating natural acidity.
