Description
Pinot Grigio is all about crispness so our winemaking is crisp as well. Destemmed and crushed fruit is immediately pressed to reduce skin contact. The clean juice is fermented cool to trap the aromas and flavours of the wine. We bottle the wine young to take advantage of its youth. Vegan. The cool 2020 vintage has produced a wine with the slightest blush of pink. The aromas are all about the orchard – white blossom, red and yellow apple. While textured and mouthfilling, the wine has fresh acidity which supports the apple and honeysuckle flavours. A wine to be enjoyed whilst fresh and youthful. Our Pinot Grigio is a fruit driven style with some minerality on the back palate to support the fruit.Alcohol Volume: 13.90%
