Description
This delicious Riesling has a pale green colour, with light yellow tints around the edges. The nose is intensely fragrant, exhibiting notes of citrus and floral perfume along with hints of spiced apple pie and lemonade. The tight and refined palate features natural acidity that provides great length and linearity. The delicate mid palate is filled with flavours of lime, green apple and lemon that lead to a long and chalky finish. Although fit for consumption upon release, this wine can be cellared for a medium term so that its flavours and characters can develop further. Perfect as an aperitif, this wine also pairs well with beef curry, vegetable dishes or lemony cuisines.Alcohol Volume: 11.70%
