Sauvignon Blanc fruit from Awatere gives tropical aromatics such as grilled pineapple & dry herbs. 5-10% of the wine is aged in a mix of French & German oak barrels, sizes 300L – 1,000L. This gives weight, texture & ageability to the Sauvignon Blanc. Aged on lees for 3 to 4 months to give lovely mouth-feel.Alcohol Volume: 13.00%
