Our award winning Darklord Imperial Stout, aged for 12 months in American Oak whisky barrels. Our annual Barrel Aged Dark Lord release with our multiple gold medal winning brew again has laid down American oak which spent its first life in the Clare Valley aging Cabernet Sauvignon, After 18 months, they were released and were transferred to a distillery in which whiskey was laid down in them for three years, which brings us to Dainton. We give our Imperial Stout Darklord 12 months in these barrels. The final product exhibits a rich malt profile with american oak and Whiskey aromatics, vanilla, chocolate, toffee, nuts.Alcohol Volume: 11.3%
