The Darjeeling is classified as FTGFOP1 (Finest Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe 1), which denotes it as the highest grade tea. Jin Jiji is distilled from 100% wheat-based NGS from West Bengal on a copper pot still in Goa, India, by Nao Spirits. Jin Jiji Darjeeling entices with a nose of black tea and cream—a textural promise made good by the weighty mouthfeel from the cashew nut and bolstered by prominent baking spice, cocoa nib, and bright, juicy ginger.
