- Prep the glass: No need to rim the glass, but ensure it’s chilled for serving.
- In a cocktail shaker, add Four Pillars Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
- Top with club soda to fill the glass.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge or lemon peel for a finishing touch.
